This year, as always, we will be phone banking, canvassing, and dropping literature for all endorsed Democratic candidates.
Andy Sykes and his partners at Sykes Elder Law are donating some office space so that we may have a consistent base of operations in the run-up to primary election day – Tuesday, May 16, 2017.
Join us Monday through Friday, May 1 through May 15 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at:
615 Washington Rd., 3rd Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15228.
We will have walk lists for those who want to canvass, and phone lists for those who want to call. We have lots of clipboards, and we’ll even provide some light refreshments.
Craig Grella will be available at the location most nights to assist volunteers who want or need training in canvassing or phone banking.
We have several phones available for you to use, and a few laptop computers for those who want to stay in the office with us. You’re also encouraged to bring your laptop, tablet, or smartphone as various candidates have already set up virtual phone banks and minivan canvass lists we can use.
Our goal is to reach every Democratic Voter in Mt. Lebanon and we’d love your help!
We welcome all Democratic committee members, associate members, volunteers, community activists, and resistance group members.
Lace up your shoes and come on out. No forms to fill out or schedules to check. If you’ve got an hour – come on down and join us.
We WILL put you to work right away and provide training if you need it to.
If you’re ready to volunteer now – please schedule a slot on our calendar so we know how many people to expect and we can have resources available for you. Simply click the “Volunteer Now” button below to get started.
